How curation works.

What the seal is

The UAU Seal is an editorial rating: five criteria (WOW factor, accessibility, shareability, authenticity, reliability), 1 to 5 each, summed over 25 and shown out of 100. A place needs 75 or more.

What it isn't

It isn't for sale. A paid partnership, an invitation, a free meal or an ad never change a score. Partners are marked as partners wherever they appear.

Verification

Hours, prices and accessibility carry a "verified on" date. Without a date, the information hasn't been checked and is shown as such. Demonstration content is labelled.

Images

Every image on this site shows a real place in Brasília from a real point of view. Light, sky and colour may be enhanced; buildings, streets and horizons are never invented or moved.
